At the initiative of the CSRS Human Resources Department, a meeting was held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at the CSRS, bringing together a team from SGCI (Mr. Hamilton GNAGBY, Mr. Mohamed BAMBA, and Mr. Jean-Pierre AFOUMOU, respectively Protocoled Customer Relationship Manager, Songon Branch Manager, Private Client Advisor), as well as CSRS employees and researchers. 

The primary purpose of this meeting was to present the variety of financial products and services offered by SGCI, including low-interest loan options and assistance programs. These discussions also provided the SGCI team with the opportunity to gather information and gain a deeper understanding of the specific needs of CSRS staff, with the goal of tailoring their proposals. 

This step represents a key phase in the process of formalizing the upcoming inter-company agreement, which aims to provide advantageous and customized terms for CSRS employees.
